What We Believe

Statement of Faith

Our mission is summed up in two parts: A) We exist to teach and equip individuals and families in the truth and word of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. B) To aid and support our local, state, national, and global community in multiple areas of outreach including, but not exclusive to, orphan care, foster care, homelessness, and refugee care.

Our desire is that we continually show the love of Christ in every aspect of our lives. We will honor His word and keep servant’s hearts as we serve our community, locally and globally.

Our Beliefs

I. We believe in the Triune God. God exists as three in one; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

II. We believe the Bible is literal truth. It is divinely inspired and is the supreme authority on our lives. It is the Word of God and is without error throughout all sixty-six books.

III. We believe God created man and woman in His own image. Adam and Eve were created and given domain over the Earth. Their design was to join in union as one flesh as the example and beginning of covenant marriage.

IV. We believe in the Fall of man. We believe Satan, as a serpent, tempted Adam and Eve to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and thus began the curse on man and the beginning of sin and death.

V. We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit works in the believer to produce good fruits.

VI. We believe in the virgin birth, and that Jesus Christ was born to the virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit.

VII. We believe that Jesus Christ is our one true Savior. We believe that faith in Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation.

VIII. We believe that Jesus Christ was crucified, died, buried, and resurrected on the third day. He then ascended to Heaven and will return again at an unknown time.
