Abortion should be abolished because life begins at conception. We view every human life as sacred and believe that God has a plan for each individual from the moment of conception. Therefore, intentionally ending a pregnancy through abortion is seen as a violation of God's commandment not to kill.
Furthermore, we believe that all human beings are made in the image of God and have inherent dignity and worth. This includes unborn children, who are seen as fully human and deserving of protection. Abortion is seen as a direct assault on the sanctity of life and a denial of the value of the unborn.
Additionally, we emphasize the importance of compassion and support for women facing unplanned pregnancies. Rather than resorting to abortion, we advocate for providing practical assistance, emotional support, and access to resources that can help women choose life for their unborn children. This approach aligns with the Christian belief in the power of love, mercy, and forgiveness to bring healing and restoration to individuals and society as a whole. Abortion should be abolished because it is seen as a violation of God's commandment not to kill, a denial of the sanctity of life, and a failure to provide compassionate alternatives for women facing unplanned pregnancies.

In 2022, 9,529 preborn children we're murdered under the previous abortion law.
Indiana SB1 places strict restrictions on abortion in Indiana. Licences have been revoked for nearly all abortion clinics, but not health facilities. The law prohibits physicians from performing abortions in most cases, with exceptions such as rape, incest, lethal fetal abnormality diagnosis, and risks to the mother’s life or health. It also does not criminilize abortion for the mother, but sometimes for the physician.
Bills, like 2021's HB1539, need to be authored and championed by our elected representatives. You can help by calling or writing local representatives and calling for the abolishment of abortion.
